Ballots Sent out to Members

Ballots have been mailed electronically to all AzPHA active members. Please contact the office if you did not receive yours. Paper ballots are only mailed to members without email.

EVENT REFUND POLICY:Event registration fees can be refunded with written notice up to two weeks prior to the conference date. Deadlines for refund requests will be printed in event materials. After the deadline, no refunds will be given. Memberships and donation that have been charged are non-refundable.
