It is that time of the year again. State employees, you can sign AzPHA up to receive a deduction through your paycheck. Don't forget our number ST943.

EVENT REFUND POLICY:Event registration fees can be refunded with written notice up to two weeks prior to the conference date. Deadlines for refund requests will be printed in event materials. After the deadline, no refunds will be given. Memberships and donation that have been charged are non-refundable.
