Tracy Lenartz – Immediate Past President

Tracy Lenartz is currently working on a contract basis for the Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Health Systems Development.  She serves as a Health Planning Consultant, coordinating Arizona's shortage designations program, as well as assisting with health planning, data, and training around issues related to access to primary health care for Arizona’s underserved and rural communities.  Tracy received a Masters of Public Health degree with a focus on Community Health Education from the University of Minnesota.  She has developed, implemented and evaluated programs in a wide variety of public health, social service, and educational organizations, and is also an Adjunct Faculty member at South Mountain Community College.  Tracy was co-chair of the Arizona Public Health Association Health Disparities Section in 2011/2012, and also serves on the board of the Arizona Rural Health Association.
