Come celebrate Arizona's Community Health Worker workforce at the "15th Annual AzCHOW Conference: "Community Health Workers: Uniting our Voice to Advance Health Equity". The conference is at the Hotel Tucson City Center & strengthens the CHW workforce by providing training, building professional capacity and sharing knowledge about the pressing health issues facing Arizona's communities.
Community Health Workers are a vital workforce in today's healthcare system: they connect patients to care, improve health service delivery, and advocate for vulnerable populations in our state. They improve health outcomes while reducing costs.
We'll also be celebrating implementation of HB 2324 which will provide voluntary certification of community health workers in Arizona! Thank you to the bi-partisan group of lawmakers that approved this groundbreaking initiative.
The conference will take place at the Hotel Tucson City Center. Parking is free for conference attendees. There is a block of rooms reserved at the Hotel Tucson City Center. Studios are $79 and renovated studios are $99.
Registration and sponsorship information is available on the AzCHOW Event Bright Page.
