The AzPHA's Board of Directors reviewed and approved our comments on the AHCCS' 1115 Medicaid waiver application (as required by a state law passed in 2015. We have posted our letter for your review and use. We encourage all public health advocates to look at our letter and use what you think is useful to turn in your own comment letter to AHCCCS via email to by February 28.
